Fifty Years of Journaling with God

A wise New Zealander named Blythe Harper told me when I was nineteen that one of the smartest habits I could practice in life was to keep a spiritual journal.

I started practicing his advice on October 30, 1972. I have been doing it ever since.

Right now, I am looking down at the yellowed first page of that record when my handwriting was still young and vibrant, and thoughts flowed like water. I’m sure glad I heeded his advice.

That fifty-year legacy is now on-line for others to enjoy. It’s called “Ron Journal” and you can  click on it here or scroll to the bottom of the usrenewal.org website page.

How to Wake Up to a Meaningful Life

On-line dictionaries define “woke” as being “alert to injustice or racism.” It really means politically correct/progressive which is a cover for Marxism-Socialism (e.g. the three founders of Black Lives Matter are avowed Marxists).

Woke Cancel Culture wants to rid America of its Christian heritage and principles–and is doing a pretty good job of it today.

I will never be “woke” because I love Jesus Christ, His purpose for America and nations, and my belief in Truth–the biblical worldview. And many years ago, I really woke up to a fabulously meaningful life.

You can too.

Overcome Evil with Good (J.O.Y.)

I believe that Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. is the second illegitimate president of my lifetime.

John F. Kennedy was the first in 1960–when I was a child. His election to the presidency was possibly stolen from Richard Nixon by the Mafia–a relatively small but lethal part of the USA at the time.

Donald J. Trump’s second term was also probably stolen by the American axis of evil (Democratic Party/Secular Media/Deep State)–a much larger consortium of fraud and corruption. We may find out that reality sooner than later, but there’s no certainty.

In light of the nightmare year of China virus disruptions and sin reigning in high places, what kind of people should we be?

Let’s overcome evil with joy-filled good.
