Discerning Deception
The increasing use of AI in out world will be used for great good in literature, economics, governing, solving problems, and the completion of the Great Commission. It’s an amazing knowledge accelerator.
It will also be used for evil–and could possibly be the force behind a future “Antichrist” to rule the world. The “World Ruler” may not be real– just a convincing counterfeit image run by AI programming. Call him/her the “Wizard of Oz on Steroids” during the End Times (“don’t look behind the curtain”).
But deception comes in all shapes and sizes.
We must learn to discern deception when we see it.
With Deception and Injustice for All
May 30, 2024 was a sad day in American history. Regardless of your view of former president Donald Trump, he experienced a travesty of justice by being convicted of a felony in New York on petty financial charges. George Soros funded DA Alvin Bragg, Biden-donor Judge Juan Merchan, and twelve jurors did a great disservice to our nation.
I believe this banana republic form of “lawfare” against political enemies—encouraged by the White House—has become a cancer in our nation.
Without revival in the land, we have entered a time of great deception and injustice for all.
Eve of Deception
“Eve of Destruction” was a popular Barry McGuire protest ballad back in the 1960s (written by P.F. Sloan in 1965). It spoke of a world coming apart by the forces of evil during the peak of the Vietnam War.
McGuire eventually met Jesus as his Lord and Savior and changed his tune from being a harbinger of death to a prophet of life. He has done concerts for our Youth With A Mission constituency on a number of occasions.
Destruction is usually the end result of deception that we now face on a massive scale in the 21st century.
Are we currently experiencing an Eve of Deception?
